Hon. Craig A. Penfold 

Craig A. Penfold was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1968. Craig served as a District Judge for 10 years. After retiring from the Bench, Craig founded Craig A. Penfold, P.C. and became a fee attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company.  He has served in that capacity for over 22 years. Craig has vast experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Title Insurance, and Family Law.

Craig is a founding partner of Penfold & Long, P.C.

Craig graduated from the University of Colorado and the University of Texas School of Law.

Craig is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and the United States Supreme Court.

Derek K. Long

Derek K. Long was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008. He has been an Escrow Officer for Chicago Title Insurance Company for 2 years. Derek graduated Cum Laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law . He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Derek has experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Family Law, Title Insurance, and Criminal Defense.

Derek is a founding partner of Penfold & Long, P.C.

Derek graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Masters of Science in Education.

Derek is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas.
